Tips for your soft skin with honey and lemon
  1. Take a spoon of honey.
  2. Mix 3 or 4 drops of lemon.
  3. Apply to your face forming a thin layer.
  4. Wait for 20 minutes.
  5. Wash with cold water.

  1. Take a piece of banana(quater of a banana).
  2. mash with a spoon.
  3. Apply to your face smoothly.

Tips for your tight skin with egg
  1. Take an egg.
  2. Seperate the white part and remove the yellow part.
  3. Apply the white part to your skin.
  4. wait for 15 minutes.
  5. Wash with cold water.
To get glowing skin
  1. Prepare a mask by blending a slice of pumkin with egg yolk and milk.
  2. Let this mask set on your face for half an hour .
  3. wash with warm water then you will get a glowing skin.
To tone up your skin
  1. cut a lemon and rub the wedge all over your face.
  2. After about 20 minutes rinse off with cold water.
To get soft and smooth skin
  1. Add half a cup of honey to your bath water for a soft and smooth skin.
To remove dead skin cells
  1. Take a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to ground moong dal.
  2. Add lime juice to the paste.
  3. Scrub your face with the paste to remove dead skin cells,cleans the pores and to rejuvenate dull and tight the skin.
For glowing skin
  1. For glowing skin, heat four tablespoonfuls of almond oil together with two tablespoonfuls of lanolin, two tablespoonfuls of petroleum jelly and two tablespoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Mix it well with an egg beater.
  3. Massage into your skin then you woll get a glowing skin.

  1. Always clean your face before you go to bed. sleeping with a dirty face can lead to clogged pores, pimples,breakouts and dull skin.
  2. Always wear a sunblock or use products with SPF to protect the skin from the sun's harmful rays.
  3. Take regular care of the eyes area as eyes are prone to showing the earliest signs of ageing.
  4. Eat a balanced diet comprising of fruits and vegetables whice are rich in essential skin vitamins and anti-oxidants.
  5. Regular exercise and drinking 12-18 glasses of water everyday helps the skin stay hydrated.
  6. Don't smoke as it depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients.
  7. Adopt an effective skin care regime by using a herbel product.
Face masks from your kitchen

Healing masks
2 tbps honey.
1/4 tbps fine sea salt.
1 tbps turmeric.

1. Make a thick paste.
2. Apply every evening after covering eyes with cucumber slices.
3. Leave for 30 minutes.
4. Works wonders for spots on the skin.

Eye masks

2 tbps juice of cucumber.
1tbps powdered milk.

1.Make a thick paste.
2.Close eyes and cover upper and lower eyelids.
3.Leave for 10 minutes.
4. Wipe off with moist cotton wool.

Nose masks

1/2 tsp gramflour with a pinch of salt.
1/2 tsp honey.
Few drops of lemon juice.

1.Cover nose with paste.
2.Leave for 10 minutes.
3.Wipe off with moist cotton.
